Initiatives
The programs
we're committed to.
Some are live. Some are in progress. All are things we intend to follow through on.
Reprise OS — Client transparency platform
We built Reprise OS because we believed clients deserved full visibility into their electrical maintenance. Every job, every report, every certificate — accessible in real time. Not a PDF sent on request, three days later.
Consistent technician assignment
We assign the same licensed electricians to each site and keep them there. This isn't standard industry practice — most contractors send whoever is available. We believe consistency produces better outcomes for clients and better craftsmen.
Fixed-price maintenance programs
Variable-rate contracting creates perverse incentives. We're working toward fixed annual maintenance pricing for all our planned maintenance clients — so our success is aligned with keeping your assets running, not billing more hours.
Apprentice mentorship program
We're building a structured apprenticeship pathway. Electrical contracting needs people who are well-trained and given real responsibility early. We're designing a program that produces the kind of electricians we want to work alongside.
Carbon-offset service vehicles
Our fleet operates across Sydney daily. We're working through the transition to hybrid and EV service vehicles, with a full carbon-offset program for current fleet emissions as an interim measure.
Open compliance standards
We intend to publish our internal compliance checklists and maintenance standards publicly — not as a marketing exercise, but because raising the floor of the industry benefits everyone, including clients.
