The problem we saw
Commercial electrical maintenance in Australia has largely operated the same way for decades. A facility manager notices a problem, calls a contractor, waits. The invoice arrives with no detail. The same issue returns six months later. Compliance documentation is stored in someone's inbox. Nobody really knows the state of the building's electrical infrastructure.
Why it matters
Electrical failures in commercial buildings are not just inconvenient. They shut down operations, damage equipment, threaten life safety, and expose building owners and managers to significant legal and financial risk. The cost of a reactive approach — in emergency call-outs, downtime, compliance penalties — dwarfs the cost of doing it properly.
What we built
Reprise Electrical was founded in 2024 with one objective: to deliver planned electrical maintenance with the professionalism and transparency that premium commercial assets deserve. We built Reprise OS to give clients complete visibility. We hired technicians who take the work seriously. We set response time standards we actually hold ourselves to.
Where we're going
We started in Sydney because that's where the highest concentration of complex commercial assets sit. We're building toward Melbourne and Brisbane in 2026. Everything we do now is designed with national scale in mind.
