The challenge
Crown Sydney operates across three distinct environments — a 6-star hotel, a premium gaming floor, and a retail and dining precinct — each with different operational requirements, compliance obligations, and tolerances for disruption.
Our approach
We deployed a dedicated on-site technician five days per week, supported by an on-call rapid response team. Separate maintenance schedules were built for each precinct, with compliance obligations tracked in Reprise OS and reported to the Crown facilities team weekly.
